点评：I recently had the incredible opportunity to travel with the African Safari Group, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Our experience was truly a trip of a lifetime, and that’s all thanks to our wonderful representative, Amy.
From the very beginning, Amy was attentive and considerate. She started by asking us detailed questions about what we wanted to do on our trip, which allowed her to tailor an itinerary that perfectly matched our interests. Her suggestions were invaluable, and she was always open to making changes, ensuring we had the best possible plan.
Amy's support went beyond just planning; she also assisted us with road transportation and internal flights between our safari camps. This made the logistics so much easier! Knowing that we might not have good Wi-Fi or cell service while traveling, she checked us into our flights in advance and sent us our boarding passes, which was a huge relief.
During the trip, Amy made herself available via WhatsApp in case we encountered any issues (which we thankfully did not). She checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying our adventure.
Once our itinerary was finalized, she sent us a link to an app that provided day-by-day details of our trip, which was incredibly helpful as we navigated our experiences.
Thanks to Amy and the African Safari Group, our expectations were not just met but exceeded. I would absolutely choose this amazing team again if I’m lucky enough to return to South Africa!
