点评：We first made contact with Murray Hay at African Safari Group on 5 October, booked our trip on 9 October, and travelled on 4 December to Nambu Lodge. From the very first conversation, it was clear that Murray truly listened. He took the time to properly understand exactly what we wanted, what mattered to us, and what kind of experience we were hoping for.
He followed us up while we were just sales prospects and I’m glad he did as I was going around in circles trying to decide on how to book this rather last minute trip! There was never any pressure, just genuine care, patience, and guidance. Once we had booked and paid, the communication remained just as wonderful. Clear, reassuring, and always there when we needed him.
He absolutely nailed it. The entire trip exceeded our expectations in every way and was perfectly matched to what we had asked for. The attention to detail was outstanding.
As salespeople we always say the fortune is in the follow up. But from the customer side, I can honestly say that it’s us that struck gold with Murray. We are incredibly grateful to have found him and cannot recommend him highly enough.
