Fuvahmulah Dive School的点评
点评：I did not like the experience I had with this dive operator. I have a few points to share:
1. I was constantly harassed by the dive guides about the way I was dressed because I am a woman. I was not allowed to wear my swimsuit around the port, however man were walking around in speedos no problem. They kept saying there is a police watching, but no police has ever approached me and said anything. It looked like the dive guides are misogynistic with control issues.
2. Additionally to the "woman can't wear a swimsuit around the beach" law, there is no alcohol can be brought or served on the island. Anything brought in will be confiscated.
3. Another issue was that they refused to refund me or accommodate the fact that they switched our room without a warning.
4. Their boat is organized very poorly and unsafe: tank securement system is very unsafe and tanks were dropped a couple of times on my friends' feet. The boat crew does not help with jumping in, nor coming out of the water, nor securing the tanks. There is very limited space for rinsing off, no rinse tanks for masks, cameras etc.
5. We had a fairly big group, however they could not accommodate our wishes or issues. Half of our group did not get their luggage on time for the first day of diving, they refused to reschedule or accommodate in any other way. Luggage delays are VERY COMMON with this airline be prepared! Also, flights are delayed constantly, be aware!
Visit the island on a liveaboard, if you can, and avoid this dive operator and the island politics.
