Great Wolf Lodge的点评
点评：Don’t get me wrong, the kids had a good time, but after spending over $2,400 for 3 kids (ages 5, 8 & 9) & 2 adults, the entire experience was awful. The facility looked old even thought it was built in 2018 and not very well maintained. Bathroom toilets out of order, sinks out of soap by midafternoon, paper towel machines not working and swim suit drying machine “out of order”. The rooms not properly equipped on check in. We had to call room service for toilet tissue (just equipped with tissue on the roll), towels & wash cloths (only had 4 in a family room that sleeps 5-7), bed sheets for the pull out bed. Bath tub with no foot grips. We have young kids! And most annoying of all was the dirty carpet that the kid’s sat on and played on for the various camp activities. We were not impressed with the life guards who just stood and looked around. We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord NC last year and the difference between the two was like day and night. The life guards there were in constant motion using head, hands and feet checking every part of the pool. Their movements was like watching a symphony 🙂. I didn’t mention the cost was for 5 days 4 nights, wolf passes for the kid’s and food. Bottom line, we will not return to GWL LaGrange Ga.
