点评：We visited today with two under 2 and a 6 year old - said 6 year old had her 4th and 5th birthday parties here and has been coming regularly since she was 9 months old. Today will sadly be our last visit.
When we arrived it was raining, the man on the entrance very bluntly told us we couldn’t take our strollers in because they would “make a mess and drag dirt in”. He was extremely rude. While it was understandable that the strollers were wet, he could’ve been more polite. The same man was then shouting at the waitress and was very unwelcoming when we went to buy food. Watching him prepare food through the kitchen was like watching a teenager have a tantrum.
I had heard about his aggressive behaviour before but have never witnessed it first hand until today.
Interestingly, there was a woman with a dog inside - how you can refuse entry to 2 strollers when it’s raining, but allow a dog inside a children’s soft play area makes no sense to me. Once the rain had stopped, there were also people inside with strollers - I assume that they must had had dry, clean wheels shortly after the heavy rain had stopped.
In addition to this, the standards have really slipped. We were seated by the new bike shop and the floor was filthy - as if it hadn’t been mopped by the wall for a long time. We also had to clean the high chairs before using them, they were sticky with food that had clearly been there for a long time; I had asked a staff member if she could clean it, but was directed to spray and a filthy cloth that were on the side.
When we left a child had vomited at the top of the slide, the man mentioned earlier could be heard swearing about this within earshot of children.
Not a pleasant experience, we won’t be coming again.

除此之外，这里的标准也真的下降了。我们坐在新开的自行车店旁边，地板脏兮兮的——好像很久没擦墙了似的。我们还得先清洗儿童餐椅，上面粘满了食物，显然已经放了很久了；我问过一位工作人员是否可以清洗，但她让我用喷雾和放在一旁的脏布擦。
我们离开时，一个孩子在滑梯顶端呕吐，前面提到的那个男人在孩子们能听到的地方咒骂着。
这不是一次愉快的经历，我们不会再来了。
