Peak Adventure的点评
点评：We have been using peak adventure for numerous years. Over this time we have seen it dramatically reduce in size due to the new bike shop which has taken over 1/4 of the room
Standards have also slipped. We arrived today and ordered food. Food came however order was wrong- the cook showed me the ticket to which she said she had completed the order as instructed. It clearly stated a side of chips to which she started to argue the point however was there in black and white so said she would do them- noticed another item I had been charged twice, fair enough they were busy, got the refund.
Noticed my clotted cream was out of date by a month- took this to the counter, the young girl apologised and said she will go and get another. She came back with the covering of the pot removed- suspiciously I asked to see the pot cover so which she said the cook had thrown it away. The cook then came out and rudely stated “we freeze them which we can legally do” I said so why not put a sign up so people are aware. She said “we can legally do this” so I said I’m not arguing and I went back to my table.
The kids had fun but the food is lacking and the cook is rude. Other staff were just children. Doesn’t give a good impression.
Don’t offer so much if you can’t keep up with the quality.
