Great small Wildlife Park. Worth the visit.

点评：This was a great experience. It is a smaller wildlife park, so it doesn’t have the variety of animals or exotic animals like San Diego Zoo/Wild Animal Park. What it offers is an intimate setting where you can see the animals in a more natural habitat, exhibiting real life behaviors. We were fortunate to sign up for the keepers tour (which is worth the expense). We were driven out to see herds of bison and elk. Saw male alpha elk gather up the females and drive off other male challengers. The park was not overrun with toursists. The Keepers tour was more intimate than those offered at San Diego Zoo/Wild Animal Park. We were fortunate that the animals in the exhibits were active and visible. Definitively worth the visit for young, old, and all nature lovers. (Tip, animals are more active in the morning…also find out when they may be feeding the animals (bears etc)).
