点评:Went there a couple of weeks ago and I was appalled at what I saw and heard. I was standing at my Aunt’s grave paying my respects when I heard this LOUD rap music. I look up and there are about 100 cars entering the cemetery and people were screaming, hollering and whooping it up! I saw a woman standing up through her sun roof holding up a bottle of alcohol and cars trying to pass each other up. There were also horns honking. The most disgraceful behavior I have ever seen. Then as I was leaving, I see a white tent that was pitched with people sitting underneath eating and drinking! On another occasion, I was visiting my grandparents grave at Mt. Carmel when I saw a couple AND THEIR TWO PUPPIES, going to a grave with a gallon of wine and a little trampoline!!!!
When I used to go to the cemetery with my mother, she always turned the radio off before we entered. I asked her why she did that and she said, “Out of respect” My how things have changed FOR THE WORSE!!!! This is what has become of these two cemeteries. No respect or consideration from people who have no respect for anything or anyone.
