点评：The bus is only running hourly despite it being peak season. They claim this is due to break downs. That’s really only a small part of problem though. The main problem is it’s extremely unreliable. I arrived 15min early, waited 30min past the arrival time, the bus never came. I spoke to the receptionist at the hotel who said “sometimes the bus misses” I said “what do you mean?” He said “sometimes it just doesn’t show up”. I called the Broome Explorer Bus phone number 3 times to see if the bus was still running, the phone didn’t answer and I couldn’t leave a message. 20min later I got a call back from a staff member at the company who said “the bus should still be coming” is asked “how long will it be?” She said “I don’t know it’s busy at the moment” I asked “So you think I should still wait here?” She said “Yes it’s still coming”. I waited an hour past the buses due time, enough time for the next bus service to arrive. Neither bus ever came. Do not use this service, it will leave you stranded. Better off just committing to the walk or hiring a scooter.its not just extremely unprofessional, it’s a complete and utter joke.
