Tacky place due to behavior of employee

点评：Wed 7/30/25: Shocking! bad service provided by male — obviously new to hospitality industry & bartending “free-poured” lots of vermouth into a shaker filled with vodka to make a classic martini. — I noticed and said, “that’s not vermouth is it?” His reply, “yes.”
Mine, “oh! You just wave it over, meaning put little in— I stated my career was spent in F&B after he stated the “recipes call for…” I said, “we didn’t make it that way where I worked or patronized…” Bartender dramatically throws all contents of shaker into sink & told me “to leave!” “I will not tolerate anyone being rude to me”
I said, “Are you kidding?! All I said was we didn’t make a martini that way & I didn’t like all that vermouth & I just said my career…”
His final reply, “I don’t give a sh—it— what you did for a living & leave!”
Professional servers & owners know to create friendly environment & never allow employees to bash customers. Employees do not get defensive, are good listeners & —make things right for their customers. —
This was a fireable event.
If you think otherwise, own, work, patronize a dirty dive bar. Taps supposedly is not, yet actions by bartender prove otherwise.
Abt 40 yr-old male tells senior-citizen female to “leave!” After she states basic facts. Oh! She was alone— no personal witness— Would he have behaved this way if her husband was there?
What would International customers think?
Owners want business =$ then —treat others as you would want to be treated yourself. Be kind. Employ knowledgeable staff. Negative word to mouth spreads quickly. It’s moving now!

如果你不这么认为，那就去经营、工作、光顾一家肮脏的地下酒吧吧。据说，水龙头不应该被这样对待，但调酒师的行为却证明了事实并非如此。
一名约40岁的男性要求一位老年女性“离开！”在她陈述了基本事实之后。哦！她当时独自一人——没有亲眼目睹——如果她丈夫在场，他会这样做吗？
国际客户会怎么想？
老板想要生意=金钱——己所不欲，勿施于人。友善待人。雇佣知识渊博的员工。负面口碑传播速度很快。现在正在蔓延！
