Revisited three years on and not as good as first experience

点评：We stayed in the glamping pods and this side of things was excellent, very tranquil toilets were fine , cold showers hot water would of been nice but all in all grand
The water park we arrived at 11.30 am to realise we had booked just a one hour slot to go on the inflatable what we really wanted was the all day pass which we had used the last time we visited just after Covid and thought it was brilliant value and great fun , however we were told it was too late in the day to purchase this as everything needed to be pre-booked , two people in our party hadn’t travelled and I was told that we couldn’t reuse their bands for slots later in the day , zero customer service from the check in team , the whole park was quiet so why we couldn’t go on wake boarding or kayaks no idea and we were all disappointed.
The inflatable itself is great but I don’t see any improvements since the first time we visited
