Puddle park - Filthy and no water

点评：There is no excuse for the amount of dirt and grime that's built up, especially in an area designed for young children.
I visited on 28th June with my 12 year old nephew and my sister and we had a brilliant time in the older section. One inflatable slide was closed, but there was still plenty to do. We paid £75 for the three of us for an hour, which I thought was fair.
Because of that experience, I brought my 5 year old nephew to the Puddle Park on Wednesday 8th July. It was 24°C, so I thought it would be perfect for him as he loves the water. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.
The Puddle Park is split into two sections, but the section on the left had no water at all (see picture attached). My nephew went down one of the slides and ended up with a painful burn on his back similar to a carpet burn, because the slide was so hot and dry.
The amount of built up dirt was shockin and this hasn't happened overnight – it looks like the inflatables haven't been properly cleaned in a long time, which is really concerning for an area meant for young children.
I also watched three young children hurt themselves on a filthy rope that lays across a few of the slides and I ended up moving it to the side myself to stop anyone else getting hurt.
I'll attach photos of the dirt and the condition of the inflatables. I really hope this is looked into because the cleanliness and safety of the Puddle Park are nowhere near the standard they should be.
