点评:Recently under new management, the company appears to be experiencing system issues and internal comms failures. Plenty of staff around - really nice, supportive and individually super helpful, but as a team there's an air of being under-staffed - no one seems to know what's going on.
Booked my daughter's birthday and found myself having to chase them multiple times to confirm booking details and to make payment. On the day, was constantly running between the front desk, cafe, and between staff trying to make sense of simple things like knowing where the party room is, and having to arrange drinks for the children which should've been pre-arranged and managed by their team. No one seemed to know - kept being passed around. Also had to order additional food, which still came short. Had I stuck with their recommendation kids would've gone hungry. Food I'd paid for in advance didn't turn up and was informed by the manager on the day they didn't have time to make additional food - she'd misread the order!
I received an apology, a refund for the food I didn't receive, and the option of a single voucher for 1 session which I politely declined.
Overall I spent £500 with them, so the £16 refund and £13 voucher were nothing short of insulting. Running short of food is most people's worst nightmare, but lack of the service you paid for in conjunction...!
