点评:Endured a long day in Manila before our evening flight from NAIA and wanted to treat my family to a more relaxing by environment since we arrived to the airport early. My sister and I utilized our Priority Pass benefit to share lounge access with our parents and we were very disappointed and felt disrespected by a female front desk attendant with whom we first inquired to when we entered the lounge. She spoke down to us and made us feel like we did not belong there. I was very put off by this being that every interaction we’ve had in the Philippines and even in the airport before arriving at the lounge has been exceptional and really exemplified the hospitality of Filipinos. I am quite honestly appalled that they would allow this type of behavior for someone who would be considered the face and first impression for the lounge guests. The other front desk worker who is male seemed newer but at least spoke to us with respect and treated us like humans. I’m not asking for special attention, but having basic respect for people is important.
Otherwise, the lounge was clean, well equipped with satisfying meals, drinks, snacks albeit noisy depending on the other guests that were also sharing the space. I appreciated the attention of the other staff who were making sure food was refilled timely and the coffee machine was working or troubleshooted when necessary.
