One of the Best Rides at Walt Disney World
Avatar Flight of Passage的点评
点评：Avatar Flight of Passage is Soarin' and Star Tours on steroids. The experience of flying and swooping slowly and quickly through Pandora was incredible. The feel of the banshee breathing was a bit gimmicky but fun.
A few issues: I was treated to a Lightning Lane pass for Flight of Passage and was disappointed that the Lightning Lane skipped the preshow queue that includes a visit to a lab with a floating Avatar figure. The 3D tech also was glitchy and took away from the visuals - I was told this might be due to degraded video or poor 3D glasses. There was also 4D tech such as water mist and scents, both of which I did not notice during my ride.
The wait time for this popular ride is usually over 1 hour. During this visit, the wait time on an off peak weekend in the early morning was 70 minutes.
