Excellent Museum! A must see!!! Fabulous special exhibitions!

点评：Wonderful museum! Exciting special exhibitions. I read an article in the New York Times about the ways in which museums are creating immersive experiences that engage visitors senses. I was excited to see that the National Nordic Museum was featured in that review. When I visited, I found Fischersund Faux Flora to be an amazing, creative, and innovative exhibition that engaged my senses and stimulated creative thought. Congratulations to the artists; I understand this is a world premiere exhibition of the Fischersund Collective’s work.
It’s surprising to find a museum of the National Nordic Museum’s quality in Ballard. The quality of its exhibitions and programs easily competes with museums in US culture capitals such as New York, Washington D.C. and San Francisco. The museum’s exhibitions and programming totally live up to the National designation that was awarded to the museum by the US Congress in 2019!
The National Nordic Museum is a must see when you visit Seattle and is worth making a special trip to the Pacific Northwest! Seattle’s National Nordic Museum is easily the best museum in the Pacific Northwest—and among the best in the nation!
