Nice souvenir shop let down by rude staff member

点评：Heard good things about this shopping centre so thought we would walk along and look as we wanted some souvenirs to take home.
We were impressed initially with there being lots of goods to purchase, it was bright, airy and pleasant to walk round.
Downstairs is all clothing, my wife was keen to purchase a dress she’d seen hanging so we lifted it down.
The lady working there told us that they were for display only so l kept hold of it whilst we attempted to find one in a packet as there were so many to look through.
A further twice the assistant told me we could not buy one on the rail even after I said I was only using it to match up to a sealed one.
Eventually we put it back, paid for the items that we had already put in our basket and left having spent a quarter of what we would have spent potentially if we had not felt so put off.
We had up till this point found everyone we had come across to be so courteous, extremely pleasant and friendly.
Unfortunately we won’t return or recommend to anyone else
