5 in 1 and fishing tours!
Matt's Fishing & Tours的点评
点评：Alex aka "Crazy Alex" was our phenomenal tour guide for the day. We started out with a visit to the market and a quick stop for empanadas at a roadside stand (this was the best part of my 14 year old son's day!!) Then we headed to the llanos del cortes waterfall, where we spent a good amount of time playing in the water.
Next, we headed to the rainforest where we saw sloths, tree frogs, snakes, and other plants and critters. Alex kept us on our toes and made us laugh until our faces hurt. Then we headed up to Miravalles where we bathed in the clay and relaxed in the hot springs. However, it was on our way up there that made our trip. Alex spotted white-faced capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, and a toucan! His enthusiasm and knowledge about the animals were evident and truly brightened our day! Alex spoke highly of Costa Rica, his job and his boss. You can tell he truly loves what he does. He never once rushed us and he made sure he provided a memorable experience for us! Thank you Crazy Alex!!
Fishing/snorkeling Tour
Our tour started with Juan Carlos picking us up at our hotel. He was very kind and got us to Coco Beach right on time to meet our boat captain, Armando (unsure of spelling) and his crew mate. Armando quickly explained the type of fishing and the equipment we would be using. He was knowledgeable and patient with us and made sure to get my teen kids in all the action! We caught several fish that they even cleaned up and fileted for us. Then they took us to a small beach where we could swim and snorkel and they provided fresh fruit and drinks too! On our way back to shore, we were met by 2 adult humpback whales and their calf. It was a little nerve wracking, as they are bigger than our boat, but it was such an amazing sight to see!
Our tours with Matts tours were truly unforgetable and I can't recommend him enough! 10/10! Communication was great and tours were very affordable! Thanks again!
