2) I reached out to the Vermont Flannel Co to ask for a prepaid return label since the error was the Vermont Flannel Co and not mine. I received a response from Vicky from customer service stating they do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. I replied back reiterating the point that the inaccurate website description was what I based my purchase decision on. Again Vicky stated empathy but did not address my concern and no prepaid return label was issued.
