Great family experience — Diamond Heist was a hit!

点评：We had a fantastic time at Smoky Mountain Escape Games! We did the Diamond Heist room, and it was the perfect mix of fun, challenge, and creativity.
The room was very well designed with clever puzzles that kept all of us engaged the entire time. It struck a great balance — not too easy, but also not frustrating — which made it especially enjoyable for our family. Even our 13-year-old was able to jump in and contribute, which isn’t always the case with escape rooms.
The staff was friendly and helpful, giving just the right amount of guidance when needed without giving anything away. Everything felt organized and well-run from start to finish.
If you’re in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and looking for something interactive to do, I’d highly recommend Smoky Mountain Escape Games. Diamond Heist is a great choice, especially if you want something fun, fast-paced, and family-friendly.
We’d definitely come back and try another room!
