Kitesurfing Lessons Vietnam的点评
点评：Vung Tau beach is a perfect place to learn kite surfing, long stretching, flat and shallow waters, gentle waves, and lots of winds. When I was there mid last month (Jan 24), the beach, with fine sand was clean, any litter and debris if any, were not noticeable.
We had lessons on a remote spot, quite far away from the main back beach, with hardly any people. This is good, as we could focus on learning in a safe environment without having to worry about getting in the way of one another.
I took up a solo 3-day, 3-hour each session package with Tuan. It was systematic and progressive, from trying out the different types and sizes of kites, practicing controlling the kite on the beach, to finally taking off with the surf board in the waters. Tuan was very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and flexible. He was so nice to take me on his motorbike from town to our lessons.
Do note that, the beach is often very bare and sunny, do put on sun block lotion, swim wear with long pants, long sleeves upper and a hat is a must to avoid sunburn. Better yet, sunglasses (with a tie band), gloves and diving boots.
If you want to try out and learn kite surfing, this is the place, and Tuan is the man to contact.
