点评:TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE—no response to voicemails and multiple emails.
I ordered 2 items online. When there was a delay in shipping, I tried to contact them, Online Contact Us does not seem to work so I emailed to inquire. I was notified by Hamilton that one item was sold out and they emailed to offer a replacement.
Hamilton failed to reply to my response to THEIR OFFER and shipped my first item without communication. I had inquired about several items I wanted to add to my order to combine shipping cost$. They completely IGNORED all messages and requests for communication via phone and email and have NEVER RESPONDED AT ALL!
If Ketchikan wasn’t inundated with spendy tourists from the cruise ships, this place would never stay in business from the way they treat customers.
Like other reviewers have mentioned, if you want quality customer service, fair shipping rates, reasonable delivery times… skip this business and SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
