I approached a staff member with a simple question about pricing. Instead of helping, she responded with a very bad attitude, raised her voice, and encouraged the group of employees she was standing with to laugh at me. The situation became even worse when she used extremely offensive language, including calling me a derogatory name and making inappropriate remarks.
I asked to speak with a manager, hoping the situation would be handled professionally. Unfortunately, the manager defended the employee, took no action, and even told me the staff member would not apologize. I felt completely dismissed as a customer.
I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior anywhere, especially at a family-friendly theme park. Employees were standing around, socializing instead of working, and showed no care for customer service.
I am a paying customer who supports this business, and this experience has made me not want to return. If this issue is not taken seriously, I will not recommend this park to friends or family.
