BIC dreadful customer service.
Bournemouth International Centre的点评
点评：The BIC transferred our Eric Idle event from the BIC to the Pavilion and refused to refund at £86.50p x 4 a ticket, They also allocated new seats . We were very angry & the BIc response was dreadful.
Advising us to sell them on or give them away to family or friends.
Also quoted a further booking we had. it wasn't until we found this in their own Terms and conditions.
1.6 Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or details of the event are significantly changed after an order has been placed (significant changes being a change of headline act, venue or show time).
We had no apology just refunded the money after 7 emails.
We certainly will think twice before booking any expensive tickets again at The BIC as you never know where you will end up
