Disregard for guests

点评：The winery certainly maintains a certain level of reputation and is located in a beautiful setting. However, one major issue completely overshadowed our visit. There are dogs and cats freely roaming around the property.
Due to a serious phobia, which also triggers severe allergic reactions, we politely asked the staff to move a dog away after it started jumping on guests. Instead of showing understanding, the response we received was: “They can sense who is afraid, and that’s why they want to play with that person.”
We waited for someone to take action, but the only follow-up was essentially: “That’s how it is here, if you don’t like it – leave.”
This attitude is extremely unprofessional and shows a poor approach to hospitality. No matter how nice the environment is, such disregard for guests’ safety and comfort leaves a very negative impression.
