点评:It pains me to report that this company left my freshman college student and many other students stranded at BHM and refused a refund. Groome did not have the common courtesy to inform passengers that a different company, Cline Transportation, would be picking them up to return them to the Tuscaloosa campus of The University of Alabama on Monday, January 6, 2025. The students approached many "Groome" branded shuttles to be told they were traveling a different route (to ARL). After waiting hours and getting through to an agent, these students were told to take a different company shuttle back to campus (under a completely different company name!). The agent refused to issue a refund. Unfortunately, Spring Break travel has already been booked with Groome, and I cannot trust them to transport my college student, who is autistic, any longer. I would like to thank Crowne Transportation, who stepped in to correct the failures and lack of communication with Groome Transportation. I have wasted $153.00 in total ($51.00 one way from BHM to Alabama on 1/6/2025 and $102.00 for future round trip Spring Break travel in March 2025). They are only issuing credits, but I no longer want to use them. Sadly, our crystal balls were broken, and we were supposed to have psychic abilities to know NOT to look for a Groome shuttle and take Cline instead. Shame on you, Groome!
