Unsafe and old second car with loose parts released unsafe.

点评：We booked Renault Cleo from Easy rent Sofia, Bulgaria. Upon collection from terminal 2, series of additional charges were imposed eg mainly additional insurance cover if the customer does not have Visa card.
We did not receive the car model that we secured. The personnel at Sofia airport desk was rude with very poor customer service.
Eventually, we were given key for Toyota not a Renault. The boy at the actual car park with car stock did a mega quick walk around the car and released it as safe. The car was quite old with lots of scratches and dents internally and externally. In Uk standards, this will be like a cheap auction car.
We left the airport around 17:30 for a long drive of 3h. Unfortunately, when darkness came we realised that one of the front lights was not fully functioning. We were already close to our destination, there was nowhere to stop at the motorway. We could not use the car for the following 3 days in the evenings.
But our audial did not finish here. On the way back, we had another 3h drive, the car started to make loud noise, we had to stop at a petrol station to check what is going on. Where the front of the car has been hit in the past and repaired, the repair was not secure enough , loose on one end making flapping noise.
When we returned the car, we raised the issues of unsafe release and inability to use the car in the evening, refund was not given and the service was really rude, personnel at airport just gave us an email and said, write a complaint. Then the personnel continue vaping and chatting among themselves. I would never ever consider this company again. In short, if you want safe and new car go to large international companies, not second hand unsafe Easy rent Bulgaria. The service was also very rude. Avoid at all cost for safe rental car.
