点评：I strongly advise against using Easy Rent Bulgaria in Varna airport. My situation: reservation #3910929 was cancelled on March 16th. Almost three months have passed, and I still haven't received a refund.
I have gone through every stage of their 'customer service': from empty promises to 'wait for the transaction to process' to being completely ignored. They have stopped responding to my emails and refuse to answer my calls.
I consider this behavior to be a direct misappropriation of my funds. If you value your money and your time, choose another company—here, you will end up with neither the service nor a refund if any issues arise.
Note to the company: If you intend to reply to this review with your standard request to 'contact customer support,' do not bother. I find it unpleasant to deal with thieves, so I will not be contacting you further. If you do not consider yourselves as such, simply process the refund. You have my email and credit card details on file.
