Offbeat Tracks: A stressful disaster!!

点评：While Bhutan itself is an incredible country, our trip was deeply overshadowed by a series of frustrating, upsetting and stressful encounters with Offbeat Tracks. From the start, their communication was awful— unanswered emails, being passed between staff, and constant chasing them for updates. This disorganisation extended to their international payment process, which was riddled with problems and delays on their part, that pointed to a lack of experience with international transactions. Despite providing proof of payment, they claimed non-receipt and even threatened to cancel our trip days before departure!
Although proof of payment was shown in multiple ways, Offbeat Tracks continued harassing us for payment throughout the beginning of our trip. They repeatedly contacted us and our guides demanding payment, forcing us to waste our holiday time addressing this. This was supposed to be a holiday where everything was handled for us, yet we were constantly drawn into resolving their mistakes.
An apology from Offbeat Tracks was only offered after we formally complained upon returning home. This lack of proactive accountability did little to make up for the significant distress they caused and the lasting impact their poor customer service had on our wellbeing and the trip. What should have been a relaxing and memorable holiday was unfortunately tainted by avoidable stress and disappointment.
Offbeat Tracks' unprofessionalism and utter incompetence turned our dream trip into a stressful ordeal. We DO NOT recommend Offbeat Tracks services.
