Just Superb all round quality entertainment
The Lion Theatre的点评
点评：This is the third production, my Sister & I have seen, & what an absolute gem of a Theatre & Theatre Company.
All productions have been first class, the chosen scripts, the script writing of their own productions (Pantos’ especially), the Actors, the Directors, Producers, the sets, the costumes, the ambience, the welcome you get, the back stage crew, & the pricing too.
This Company relies on Public Funding, together with enthusiastic volunteers, and each time we’ve attended the seating has been full, so that’s testament to their all round talent.
The production we’ve just seen was “ Gaslight” by Patrick Hamilton & directed by Adele Simpson and atmospheric thriller set in the Victorian Era, the subject of which can be still relatable today… we were absolutely drawn in & the lighting to achieve that effect was superb…. Can’t wait to see the Annual Pantomime in January 2025 “ Snow White & the Out of Work Actors”… sounds great!
If you’re visiting this area, please see what’s on at this Theatre ( Red Lion Theatre, Horncastle www.Horncastle theatre.co.uk) Young , Old, inbetween, facilities for the disabled etc… as you’ll certainly be in for a treat… 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
