Dont recommend for private tours,

点评：I booked a private safari tour in Kruger as a gift for my girlfriend, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. While our driver was nice, the overall experience felt unprofessional and poorly planned.
We started 40 minutes late, which is a big deal on safari when timing is everything. Driver has to stop for refueling too, The person on the phone didn’t even mention the delay until I reached out myself. There was no apology, and although they promised to make up the lost time, nothing was done. Toward the end of the tour, it also felt like the driver was just trying to run down the clock, especially once there was nothing to see.
Snacks were mentioned in the plan, but nothing was offered apart from water. I also asked for binoculars, but none were provided.
For a private tour for two people, I expected more care and attention to detail. Instead, the lack of planning, poor handling of timings, and failure to deliver what was promised left us both disappointed.
To be clear, this has nothing to do with animal sightings—we understand that can’t be controlled. The issue was the poor organization, lack of communication, and unprofessional handling of the tour itself.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this company, if you’re looking for a well-organized and professional safari experience, I’d advise avoiding them.
