It is car heaven, I tell you!
Toyota Automobile Museum的点评
点评:Car buffs are in heaven at the Toyota Automobile Museum. It is not quite like other collections you may see because it has great depth in Japanese automobiles, including some of the first ones, and the first Toyota ever built. There is a rare Dusenberg, the first Tesla, the roadster which was never produced. It’s really interesting to see and there’s lots of historical background on how the Japanese auto industry got going both before and after the war, with its pioneers like Kiichiro Toyoda (the character Toyota with a T had fewer strokes and meant good luck). There are some great examples of some of the most fantastic cars in the world, including historical cars like the one FDR used to talk from many occasions. The people there are really nice and helpful and well it’s quite out of town from Nagoya. It is definitely worth a trip. It is an outstanding addition to car culture if you are a car buff like me. it is beautifully designed and explained and the historical material is first rate. There is a very helpful staff, too.
