点评:To describe the Yobuko Morning Market as one of Japans top 3 morning markets is just absolutely ludicrous! We went to the market in July 2024 on a fine Thursday morning at about 10:00am. As much as we like Yobuko town/port the modest morning market only stretched out about over 100metres (at best) with only about 10 stalls dotted over that distance. There was really not much there at all! Bought some grilled ika from one of only 2 hot food stalls and some grilled Sazae from another - the rest of the stalls (very few) were only selling some scant vegetables. If you go down outside the market there some shops that sell local fried aka (excellent) and a restaurant the has an ika banquet. We've been to several morning markets in Japan including the Hachinohe morning market that totally 'pumps' and has 100s and 100s of stalls - but Yobuko nothing much at all. Don't bother.
