点评:We called to ask about the menu for a cruise because we have a gluten allergy and their employee Ireland was very unhelpful and very rude. We explained that we did NOT want to change any menus, but was just calling for information on what was being served so we could plan accordingly. She didn’t know the details of the ingredients in the food, ok. I asked if there was someone to speak to (a manager?) who would know? Again very rude reply with “this is as close as you are going to get to a manager…” she explains that the person who knows is in a cruise at the moment. Ok, that’s fine. Wouldn’t a better reply have been, “when the person gets back in from the afternoon cruise I will ask and let you know when you get here what would be ok for you to eat.” There is no reason to be unkind and rude just because someone calls for information. Now I would like to add that I did call them a week or so ago to find out the menu and the person why answered the phone didn’t know the menu yet…So sorry for having an allergy and just asking about the menu. Sheesh!!! Haven’t even been on the cruise but it’s not looking promising.
