点评：My family and I decided to try this place out over the weekend. Most items were overpriced; however, we had a good time just browsing and ended up purchasing a few items. One of those items was a pin cushion that my daughter wanted.
When we arrived at the register to check out, the lady at the counter told us “I can’t sell this to you, I don’t know where it came from”. We had picked it up right across from the cash register and told her where we had gotten it. She proceeded to tell my daughter “That person would have the right information on the tag”. The lady acted angry at us like we had done something wrong, that their merchandise not being labeled correctly was a specific act that we did just to ruin this woman’s day.
My daughter felt she was being accused of something. On a Pincushion?? I’m talking about a pin cushion for a sewing kit, a little pin cushion!! The lady then flippantly told us “Hope it wasn’t important”. We paid for the rest of our items and left. Worst customer service interaction I have ever had.
