点评：A very special spot. I loved this! The day we visited parking was fine and ample. There is a beautiful visitor center here. Very nice restrooms, water drinking fountains, large gift shop, and many helpful staff. There are a lot of comments here on the price tag. Here is what I will say. It takes a lot of money to take care of these amazing light house buildings. Admission here is $15 per person to see everything. The day I visited, there was scaffolding at the light house that did detract from the building, however the lighthouse people provided 35% off per admission. I am also a senior so received another $3 off. So, for 2 people it was $17 for both or simply $8.50 per person. Very reasonable entertainment. I got to tour the grounds, the light keeper house, went all the way to the top of the lighthouse, hiked all the way to the dock house and then on to Pebble Beach and back. A close up look of the clam shell frenal lens was special. It was an awesome day! I could not have asked for more for $8.50 per person. To climb the look out to the dock house it is 172 steps. So, if you have some mobility issues, you might want to consider that. The hike to pebble beach was awesome. Very memorable. We even had a bench to ourselves. Very romantic spot. I spent about 3 1/2 hours here to hike and see all these things and enjoy the beautiful day on Memorial Day weekend. I'm guessing if you came during winter, close to closing, before opening, a rainy day etc., your experience would be different than ours. Plan ahead and enjoy your experience and memories!
