Subpar experience, would suggest some other location.

点评：My daughter and I climbed the Via Ferrata at the Arapahoe Basin in Colorado (all day option). Our original scheduled time was 7:50am and then we got a late notification that we were bumped to 8:30am. Upon arrival we were grouped with a mother and daughter for a foursome climbing group.
From the onset (while practicing at the school house rock), it was obvious the mother had no business being out on a trail at elevation. When we actually starting climbing the via ferrata, things got much worse. The woman was extremely slow, scared, crying, literally screaming at some points as our group patiently waited behind her. With a lot of coaxing and breathing exercises, we finally made it to the summit (approximately 13,000'). Because of the excessive time going up and the woman’s inability to go down via the cables, the decision was made to hike down the back side of the mountain and not experience the downclimbing of the via ferrata that was advertised and paid for in full.
This was disappointing to us, as we paid for a full day experience going up and up down the via ferrata and were only able to participate in half the adventure.
I contacted the manager and requested a 50% refund as an appropriate reduction for only experiencing half the climb. He quoted some fine print language and suggested we should have reserved all 5 climbing spots at $200 per. This solution is obviously ridiculous and unprofessional. They did not screen their participants properly and instead of the doing the "right thing"; after they rescheduled us, they chose to keep the full payment for half services rendered.
Very disappointing and I would not recommend this organization for a climbing experience.
