点评：Lovely grounds, very nice staff. House tour was OK, Only can tour the first floor. Can walk through the gardens and around the grounds. Gardens are pretty as is the view across the lake. The day we were there is was very hot, but they were not offering rides to the home from the ticket/gift shop. It is a fair distance and on a nice cooler day it would have been lovely, but when the temp is close to 97 and add humidity to that, it made for a very warm walk, plus they had the sprinklers on, so going down some walkways you got sprayed, but it was not a cooling spray. Once you get to the house, you have to wait outside on the front porch, Here they only had ceiling fans, and they did not provide much breeze at all. So our 35 minute wait for the next tour was long and very hot. We could have walked back to the shop, but we would only been able to stay there maybe 10 minutes before we would have to walk back up so we stayed. Wish the staff at the gift shop would have suggested we wait there and walk up about 10 minutes before the tour was to start. The movie was not playing when we were there, as they were working on it. The restaurant was closing when we arrived, so no information to share on that.
