点评：We were excited to visit but left very disappointed. One of the T-Rex Safari headsets and the pilot phones weren’t working. Half of the upstairs was closed for construction, and the “Florida’s Changing Sea Level” exhibit was down. The kids’ coloring area had no paper. They didn’t even have paper to dry your hands in the ladies bathroom.
There’s no clear sign at the entrance to wash hands before the stingray tank, and we were immediately scolded by a staff member—despite the signs only being on the sides of the tank, not visible from the approach. With an excited child, it felt unnecessarily harsh.
We spent over $60 for one child and two adults, and it simply wasn’t worth it. This place has a lot of potential, but right now it feels like no one is taking ownership of the guest experience. Please do better…families want to love this place.
