点评：This mission's claim to fame is the original fresco paintings on the inside of the church walls. If seeing originals (vs. similar reproductions on other mission charges) is a high priority for you, then perhaps this mission would be a higher priority than other Central Coast missions.
The mission has a "museum" of sorts but it is small and dated, and the few recreated rooms are not as good as others in the area. Santa Barbara is more visually impressive. San Luis Obispo has a better museum. La Purisima is much grander in scale and includes better recreated rooms. It is worth a detour if in the area but may not be worth a special trip just to visit it.
This mission is one of the more expensive to visit. As of writing, their Website notes a $10 fee, but staff require $12 currently to tour the mission.
Be aware if planning a visit on a Sunday: In addition to the AM services listed on their Website, there is also a 1pm service that closes the church to tourists (but one can still visit the small museum and grounds to occupy time until the service ends).
