Good beer, poor service

点评：Love the beer from Alaska brewing and every time I visit Juneau, I always stop by to have some brews and food. I was there recently on a cruise ship visit. While I did enjoy my Alaskan beer, I was mortified by very poor experience at the bar by bartender Tori. Clearly, she was having a bad day complaining about something behind the bar. She served me and the other bartended poured one for my friend. When my friend stepped away to the restroom she left half her beer for me to watch. I was sitting next to her, but wasn’t fast enough to stop Tori from dumping her beer very quickly, when I told her she wasn’t finished and was returning. She’s refill it not quite halfway. Then when my friend was finished and left to go shopping, Tori leaned into to my face and yelled ‘hey your friend left without paying for her beer’ I said well I’m planning to stay here and have a couple more order some food so if she didn’t pay, I will, though I thought she had paid when she ordered her one and done. After I called my friend and clarified, she did indeed pay for the beer and the male bartender confirmed it had been paid. It was paid to Tori. Then I had to abandon my lunch plans, pay for my beer and leave embarrassed at the really uncomfortable experience. The male bartender apologized for the confusion, but Tori just had a bad attitude and made the recent visit very unpleasant.
