Horrible, despicable and shameful

点评：Tickets were bought before we knew the weather, once I saw rain for that day I called and they said rides would still run in the rain as long as weathers not severe. Which it wasnt. So $200 for tickets online, extra for refillable cups for kids, $40 extra to be exact. $42 for parking, which is absolutely insane, I'm most pissed about that, like what $42 to park!!! Lol get screwed truly! But Ok whatever, we get there, got to ride 2 rollercoasters before they shut everything down. Lol not to mention they had the games to win prizes, tell me why every game stand literally left all their stuffed animals completely outside their tents in the rain, they were soaked and soggy, who wants to win a prize thats sopping wet and will prolly mold later on, disgusting in my opinion. Yet they were still trying to get people to play, one guy was literally on the mic talking bout its just water it wont hurt u and the animals will dry, like what! How bout u bring the animals under ur tent so they stay dry! Im sorry but not sorry, they need to do better! My complaint is the fact that all that money was spent for nothing. If all/vast majority of rides were shut down why not just say ur closed for the day!?!? The fact that u remain open and theres no rides to ride and u refuse to give a refund!? Matter fact forget the refund, but the simple fact that they dont even offer a free pass for another day since they took my money and closed rides, absolutely infuriated the fluff out of me. So basically yall just stole the money without any fun being had and not offering a new date to come back for free is diabolical and u should be ashamed. Not to mention the majority of staff i spoke to or dealt with were rude as fluff and clearly didnt wanna do their job, from the first guy at the entrance, we came up to show our passes and the guy was like u need to go thru metal detectors/xray first, and thats all he said, and so I stood there staring at him as he went about other stuff, and so finally I was like ok do u have time to show us where that is or should we just stand here like idiots? Then he came back online and showed us where to go! I know yall dont care and only care about the money but seriously shame on yall. Everyone walking around there today looked just as pissed and disappointed cuz they knew they wasted too much money to not be reimbursed or offered to come back another day free of charge. Absolutely disgusting and despicable. Not to mention majority of the staff I interacted with were rude and slow if im being honest! 🤷♀️ They need to do better for the money they charge.
翻译：我们在还不知道天气情况时就买了票。当我看到当天有雨时，便打电话去询问，对方说只要天气不是特别恶劣，游乐设施还是会照常运行。而当天的天气也确实不算糟糕。我们在网上买票花了200美元，还额外为孩子们购买了可重复使用的杯子，这笔费用又是40美元。停车费则是42美元，这简直太离谱了！这一点最让我生气，就为了停车要收42美元！！！真是被坑惨了！不过算了，我们到了之后，在所有游乐项目关闭前还坐上了两趟过山车。哈哈，更别提他们还设置了可以赢取奖品的游戏。话说回来，为什么每个游戏摊位的工作人员都把所有的毛绒玩具直接扔在雨中、放在帐篷外面呢？那些玩具全都被淋湿了，软趴趴的。谁会想要一个湿透透、搞不好还会发霉的奖品啊？在我看来这太恶心了。可他们还是拼命想吸引人们来玩，有个工作人员甚至拿着麦克风说：“只是水而已，不会伤到你们的，毛绒玩具也会变干的。” 搞什么啊！不如把动物们带到你的帐篷里，这样它们就不会淋湿了！很抱歉，但我真的毫不抱歉——他们理应做得更好才对！我要投诉的是：那么多钱都白花了。如果几乎所有的游乐设施都关闭了，那为什么不直接宣布当天停业呢！？明明营业着却没有任何项目可玩，还拒绝退款！其实，退款都算小事了……但事实就是：他们收了我的钱后却关闭了所有游乐项目，甚至连免费再玩一天的机会都不提供，这真的把我气炸了。说白了，你们就是骗走了我的钱，却没让我获得任何游玩体验；连免费重新来玩的机会都不给，这种行为简直恶劣至极，你们应该感到羞愧才对。更别提我接触过的大多数工作人员都极其无礼，明显根本不想好好工作——从入口处的那个人开始就是如此。我们上前出示通行证，那家伙只说了句“你们得先通过金属探测器和X光检查”，然后就去做别的事了。我就站在那儿盯着他看，最后实在忍不住了，就说：“行吧，您有时间指给我们路吗？不然我们就只能像傻瓜一样站在这儿了？”接着他才回过神来，给我们指明了方向！我知道你们根本不在乎这些，只在乎赚钱，但说真的，你们真可耻。今天在那里的每个人看起来都怒气冲冲又失望至极，因为他们知道自己花了太多钱，结果却既得不到报销，也得不到免费再次光临的机会。真是令人作呕又可恶至极。说实话，我接触过的大多数工作人员都态度恶劣且办事迟缓！🤷♀️ 就他们收取的费用而言，他们理应提供更好的服务才对。
