The worst Karting experience!!!

点评：Wouldn’t even give the place 1 star!
Absolutely horrific experience! From start to finish, when calling to book there was nothing friendly about the call, took no details when booking so was unsure whether it would even be booked in. When we arrived we waited 15 min at reception and nobody around at all just stood waiting, then when they finally booked us in, there was zero briefing. Luckily it wasn’t the first time karting but still standard procedures are surely to do a full brief before going out onto the track, the staff have no idea of your experience.
Out on the track everything seemed okay, then the first kart came back in as he felt something wasn’t right - to find that the “Axel” had snapped in half!
Swapped karts and back out onto the track.
Throughout the laps the engine cut out numerous times on both karts.
The 2nd Kart was the worst for cutting out and then while in the middle of a lap one of the wheels flew off!
The karts were double karts with 2 young children in the rear of them.
It was an experience that neither them or the drivers should have had to face, but the response from the staff was next to nothing, they didn’t check that they were okay or anything.
As a gesture of “goodwill” they refunded the payment for one of the karts but there was no compassion or sincere apology.
If we had known prior to going what it would be like we 100% would not have got in the karts and most define not let children!
Will never return here and warn people to avoid at all costs!

如果我们事先知道会是什么样的，我们绝对不会坐卡丁车，而且绝对不会让孩子坐！
