点评：Due to the good ratings I wanted to rent a car from this company but shocked from to customer centric attitude, that was escalated from a nonsense topic:
- Extra charges are being added for picking/dropping of the car with reasoning of out of business hours. I went to their office to sort this out, and it turned out that the opening hours listed on their webpage + office + google are not correct, and they only open 9-15pm on weekdays
- I hoped this is an admin mistake, still recommended to fix it, but their colleague became super aggressive and disrespectful telling me, nothing can be done about is and he is not obligated to fix these in the adds, tried to prove the opening hours based on a piece paper he pulled out from his desk, and started to play with the wording about why Iam not calling him "Sir"
