We were promised that we’d get some treats in our room for our mum in celebration of her Birthday, but instead they gave us a $100 on board credit, which was then cancelled. Their customer service are like robots and only quote rules and regulations, instead of using their initiative and trying to be helpful. They also knew we were gluten free and there were very few gluten free options. We complained two days before the end of our cruise and were promised gluten free dessert/cakes, but still, nothing! Only a pavlova or a jelly! They charge so much but don’t cater to everyone! They also treat you differently if you’ve booked through a tour operator instead of booking directly, in spite of the fact they still take your money. The internet that you pay extra for is slow and unstable! They promise the world and deliver little! I wouldn’t book with them if I were you. Their excursions are over priced and their $100 credit doesn’t go far, so you end up losing your money! It’s all a con and if I were you I’d go with a more professional and reputable brand like Royal Caribbean or Disney. These guys need training in customer service and customer satisfaction.
