点评:The place is not big, but it's very interesting. You can only see the animals if on a guided tour which leaves every 30 minutes. The waiting area is a mid size room with a few places to sit, but not many. There are a ton of plaques with information about the Musk Ox, the farm, and their practices. Our tour had about 20 people in the group. It is a walking tour over gravel paths that does have some gentle slopes, so if you struggle wtih walking or breathing issues, be advised that I did not see any accomodations for that. There is no microphone or amplification, so stick close to the guide if you want to hear what they are saying. Our tour got cut short because a guest was struggling and there was a bee bothering one of the kids.... The guide was knowldgeable and could answer all of my questions. The no-fear farming techniques they use is refreshing. Everything from herding to collecting the quviut (undercoat) is done by hand or on foot. No machines used. Otherwise, they are left to live out their natural lives in beautiful pastures. They are not harvested for meat. These animals are definitely well loved. The gift shop has quite a few items for sale, but bring your piggy bank. They are definitely not cheap!
