卡内罗斯酒庄的点评
点评：I’m writing to share some sincere feedback about our visit this afternoon to your estate, which unfortunately left us deeply disappointed — particularly as it was meant to be the highlight of a very special day.
My girlfriend and friends visited Domaine Carneros today - 09-12-25 as the final stop in a day of wine tasting for her 50th birthday. My parents had even arranged a surprise package to mark the occasion, and we were genuinely looking forward to what we hoped would be a memorable and celebratory experience.
When we arrived, everything seemed to be in order, and we were seated without issue. However, once we sat down, the atmosphere shifted. We felt a noticeable change in how we were treated, Michael Garcia, visitor center manager made judgments without reason or discussion. We were indeed in good spirits — it was a birthday celebration, after all — but we were not disruptive, rude, or out of control.
The situation escalated quickly and, to our dismay Mr Garcia, made the decision to have us leave. It was done in a way that felt abrupt, harsh, and frankly humiliating. What should have been the celebratory finale to a milestone birthday turned into an upsetting and uncomfortable experience, which hopefully you can all determine by my reaching out to trip advisor in the aftermath shows we were lucid enough for me to write this review an hour after we were thrown out.
While we understand that your team must ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests, I hope you will take this feedback to heart and consider how such situations are managed in the future. It’s unfortunate that our lasting impression is one of exclusion and embarrassment.
I would appreciate a response and hope that no other guest has to leave your property feeling the way we did that evening.
