Horrible, boring, and rude

点评：I posted this exact review on google, I'm posting it here too, because the business replied with a snarky little response (shows the character and quality of the business, imo)
Possibly one of the most boring rides I’ve ever been on. The scenic ride is advertised as… well, scenic (views of rapids, endless wall, and ram’s head) and it definitely isn’t at all. We didn’t see any advertised viewpoints and rode most of the time in dense forest. The guide was a nice lady but very new… we rode most of the 2.5 hours in silence. The owner was rude and it definitely showed that he really wants to sell the business... he will talk about his political views at you and snap at you if you ask a question about what to do. He was complaining that he wasn't making a good enough profit from his business and how badly he wants to sell the business. Also scolded us for being 20 minutes early...? The whole property was decrepit and run down, half the helmets they had us try on were broken. They also didn't provide any training past verbal instructions for one rider in my group who had never rode a horse before which is unsafe in my opinion.
