Fantastic day out for all the family

点评：Roarr! is a fantastic day out for all the family. There is plenty to see and do, apart from the obvious - Dinosaurs. Everything is clean, tidy, and well placed. We have been coming here since my boys were small and now coming with my grandson. He absolutely loved the giant bouncy pillow and the steampunk ride, and we all had a wonderful day. With regard to previous reviews I read; there were a few wasps around the bins but it wasn't an issue at all; not even when we were eating.
The reason I haven't given five stars is because I am disabled and had to book a mobility scooter (which was great!) but the queue and distance between car park and scooter was way too far for me to hobble there on my crutches. I had mentioned when booking that I wouldn't be able to walk very far at all (and obviously can't stand in a queue either), and had been kindly informed that in that case I should call customer service and they would bring the scooter out to me. However there was nobody available. In the end my son went to collect the scooter (and return it afterwards) but I do think more thought might be given to how disabled visitors can get to the scooter area.
Apart from this small blip we had a fabulous day out, thank you!
