点评：The Rainy Lake Visitor Center is the best out of the 3 we saw IMO. It has nice displays. A big stuffed moose. Bathrooms & a couple of short trails.
Huge parking lot. They have a film.
It's free to enter the park.
The National Park also runs boat tours of the lake & while it's not imperative that you do one, your enjoyment of Voyageurs is definitely enhanced!
You have to reserve early!! They go fast. There's several tours to different points of the lake.
We did the Grand Tour that's 2 1/2 hours long. It was $100 for the 2 of us. There is a bathroom on the boat.
It's narrated by a ranger from the park. Candice did a good job!
We stopped at Little America Island & did a short hike to see old mines. We also cruised by the Harry Oveson Fish Camp. Boated around the American side of Rainy Lake.
Did see bald eagles & merganzers. No "furries"
